The Next Dor Network

The Next Dor Network is a continental-wide association of synagogues, kehilot, and spiritual communities devoting resources to engaging young Jewish adults, ages 23-39. These communities partner with Synagogue 3000 in developing Next Dor groups in local cities across North America. Accepted into a covenant with S3K, these synagogues stand ready to commit significant resources, both human and financial, to establishing a robust strategy for engaging YJA. S3K assists the congregation in securing funding, provides the full complement of NDN resources - the ND Playbook, consulting, conferences, webinars, conference calls, and access to experts. In exchange, the sponsoring congregation agrees to participate in the S3K Synagogue Studies Institute ongoing research into the effectiveness of Next Dor efforts.We welcome the participation of synagogues across the denominational spectrum and stand ready to discuss your affiliation with NDN.
